Behind connect2ralph.com is a Regional Trade Compliance Manager with more than two decades of experience across procurement, logistics, and customs.

Since 2001, I have worked in international business environments and currently support multiple business units across the EMEA region. I act as a central point of contact for customs and trade compliance topics, working closely with customer service, sales, supply chain, logistics, legal, and finance.

My areas of expertise include customs classification, country of origin, preferential origin calculation, free trade agreements, and compliance-related documentation.
